Kwik Kopy Australia
The Brief
Kwik Kopy Australia is a national franchise in the print and design industry.
The marketing team was looking to engage a freelance writer to create informative and compelling pieces for their blog. As most of these are generated in house, this was required on an ad-hoc basis when there was an overflow in the marketing workload.
The goal was to maintain regular online activity without putting pressure on current marketing staff capabilities. They needed a freelancer that understood their business model and objectives and that could deliver on time, within a set budget.
Each article was to be concise, clear, and informative. They should be 500-600 words maximum and would be viewed by franchisees and the wider community audience – prospects and existing clients alike.
The articles were to be compelling without being salesy or pushy.
The Project
Each topic was created with interesting facts, hints and tips, giving the audience new ideas and referring them to solutions provided by their local Kwik Kopy store.
The articles were crafted in an easy to read and engaging format including lists and bullets to easily grab readers attention. This ensured they were kept interested, but not bogged down with too much detail.
A clear but gentle call to action was included at the end of each post.
The Result
Kwik Kopy was happy with the results and impressed with the quick turn around.
They found me easy to work with and loved the open and prompt communication. They were also able to benefit from my background in sales.
